Recently, I started a program called Tradecraft. It is a 3 month, in-residence program that trains people to work at start-ups. The program consists of curriculum, start-up consulting projects, career development, and personal development and has tracks for engineering, product, growth, and sales/BD. I am in the growth track and it has been an excellent program so far. In addition, to the curriculum and projects there are many mentors who come in to share their experiences. We have had mentors come in already from many start-ups and tech firms including Facebook, Pinterest, and 500 Start-ups.
